The Role
We’re looking for charismatic, energetic, and knowledgeable In-Store Sales Representatives to join our retail team in Montego Bay. You’ll be the face of the Cookies brand—helping customers explore our products, discover new favorites, and enjoy a welcoming and unforgettable in-store experience. This is more than a retail job—it’s a chance to be part of a movement that celebrates Jamaica’s cannabis culture, creative energy, and global appeal.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with the Cookies brand culture
- Educate customers on our lifestyle products, merchandise, and wellness offerings
- Guide guests through the Cookies Jamaica story, helping them connect with our mission
- Support customers placing same-day cannabis delivery orders via The Ganja Store
- Maintain merchandising standards and ensure the store remains clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Process purchases efficiently through our POS system (Stripe-integrated)
- Participate in in-store activations, promotions, and marketing campaigns
- Stay current on product drops, events, and brand updates
- Support inventory restocking, receiving, and transfers
- Help create a positive, upbeat, and inclusive environment for team and customers
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of retail, hospitality, or customer service experience (cannabis experience a plus)
- Passion for streetwear, lifestyle brands, or wellness products
- Strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence
- Enthusiastic, approachable, and professional demeanor
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional events

- Know and love the Cookies brand and what it stands for
- Are passionate about cannabis, wellness, or Jamaican creative culture
- Have experience using POS systems (especially iPad or mobile POS)
- Are active on social media and enjoy engaging with brands
